here is a video of me performing at the sweat power fest. it's a recording of my most recent song, roughly called "Marriage and Babies". I don't have the song on my myspace so here it is exclusively for all of you readers!
this guy from Fairfield, Glenn, did videos of a lot of the performances from sweat power fest which I think is super neat of him.
also, the joey guy that played after me was really good. I think his link will pop up at the end of this video.

cat lady.
I have recently decided that it would be very easy to become a cat lady because of all the kitties I see outside during the winter that I just want to keep warm. If this is what triggers cat ladies, then it seems completely possible.

Wes Anderson
Sometimes when I have been watching a movie or reading a book, I start feeling like one of the characters or like I just fit into the story theme somehow.
For instance, when reading The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath, I felt like I was slowly losing my mind after I read the book for an hour or so. It only took a few moments to come back to reality, but there was always that downtime when I was totally consumed by the overall theme and feel of the book.
After watching a couple episodes of the show Stella, I generally felt less intelligent.
Tonight, Connor and I watched Bottle Rocket and Rushmore and it was my first time successfully watching the both of them without falling asleep (only because I believe I am partly narcoleptic, not because they bore me). Anyway, right after the second Wes Anderson flick, I felt like I should only say things in a brief, intentional, and clever way.
It's always just kind of sensational when that happens, and I feel sort of accomplished for allowing the book or movie to do its job.
